Please look after your Coupons and keep them secure.
Once issued, International Coupons cannot be replaced if they are lost or damaged.

Coupons have both a Start Date and an End Date. They are valid for a maximum of 3 months.
The Outward Travel Date that you enter will be taken as your Start Date.
This Form must be submitted to RST at least 3 weeks, but not more than 3 months, before your travel date.
Coupons will be posted to you approximately 2 weeks before your outward travel date.

International Reduced Rate Card (FIP Card)

RST will automatically issue you (and any eligible family members) with an FIP Card, if we have not already issued one.

The FIP Card provides discounted travel in the countries listed above and on Eurostar.
