Employee Flexi Season Ticket Application

A Flexi Season is a smart product that allows eight days’ worth of travel between two stations to be used within 28 days. You need an RST Season Smartcard to be able to get one (please complete form XX42 which can be found here www.raildeliverygroup.com/rst.html if you don’t already have the smartcard). Please complete all relevant fields and submit at least 7 days in advance.
The Flexi Season ticket will be issued exactly as defined on the form. If something different is required, you must let RST know immediately and a new form will need to be sent.

Note:

  • Requests can be made for any journey that is available as a Flexi Season Ticket. You should check the Flexi Season Ticket calculator before applying. This is available at www.nationalrail.co.uk/times_fares/Season-Calculator.aspx.They are not available on London Underground or DLR services or on the Elizabeth Line between Abbey Wood and Paddington.
  • You will need to apply using this form each time you need a new Flexi Season
  • Flexi Seasons are not available for journeys wholly within the London Fare Zones Area.
  • Flexi Seasons are generally only valid for travel in England. No Flexi Seasons can be approved for rail journeys entirely within the Scotrail network, the Transport for Wales network or the Merseyrail travel area. They are not available in on London Underground or DLR services.
  • They are available in Standard Class only.
  • The criteria for residential travel is for travel from your normal place of residence to your normal place of employment. Only one place of employment may be nominated by the employer.
  • The application will be rejected if the journey does not meet the criteria.
  • In the 'From' field you should enter the station nearest to your home address. If this is not the case, please explain why in the notes field below.
  • In the 'To' field you should enter the station nearest to your work address.
  • If your journey does not match the details we have for you, there will be a delay in approving your application whilst Rail Staff Travel validates your work location with your employer or confirms your home address.
Purchasing your Season Ticket

Please note the following:

  • If you select RST Online you should already be registered and have an account, if you don’t please contact RST to resend your one time passcode.

  • If you purchase via RST Online you must have your season ticket fulfilled to your RST Season Ticket Smartcard (please complete form XX42 if you don’t already have the smartcard).

  • If you select Ticket Office you will receive your authorisation form as normal to take to a ticket office where you can pay for your season ticket.
