Before you request access to RST Online for your family member(s), they must be in receipt of either a Staff Travel Card, Rail Staff Leisure Card or RST Online Leisure Card.

If they are not in receipt of one of these, please submit the relevant following form(s):

XX02a to add a spouse and provide a copy of your marriage certificate
XX02b to add a child and provide a copy of their full birth certificate
XX05 in addition for any child 18 and over
XX03 to add a partner and the form needs to be witnessed by a solicitor by providing three forms of address verification each
XX04 to add a partner whom you do not reside with and the form needs to be witnessed by a solicitor

I am responsible for my family members use of RST Online, and any mis-use by them may impact my own eligibility to rail staff travel facilities,

As soon as any dependant is no longer eligible for rail staff travel facilities, I must inform RST and return all of their staff travel facilities. I must not allow my dependant to continue to use their facilities.
If I am in any doubt about eligibility, I must check with RST. Any attempt to obtain or use rail staff travel facilities fraudulently may result in disciplinary action and/or legal proceedings and/or permanent withdrawal of all rail staff travel facilities for myself and all of my dependants.
