Booking tickets and reservations at SNCF ticket offices

SNCF has provided some information on the ticket machine codes which are used by SNCF ticket offices when booking FIP discounted tickets using the FIP International Reduced Rate Card, or when booking seat reservations using FIP Coupons. For booking tickets there are different codes for active and retired employees to reflect the difference in discounts available.

As some SNCF ticket office staff may only see customers requiring FIP tickets or reservations infrequently, and there is a difference between some codes for active and retired GB National Rail employees, you may find it useful to have this information if the ticket office staff are unsure of the correct code to use.
