Day to Day tasks
As a Project Manager, I am responsible for developing and managing project plans and ensuring that all aspects, including scope, risks, and budget, are properly managed. I am responsible identifying, allocating and coordinating resources to deliver business change and promote long-term benefits for the organisation.

Pathways into this role
I began my career over ten years ago as a Project Support Officer, then advanced to Assistant Project Manager on a major construction project, before being promoted to Project Manager responsible for leading change.
