This news item only applies to Network Rail employees who hold an RST Online Leisure Card. It does not apply to holders of a Staff Travel Card (safeguarded employees) who have continuous service in the rail industry since at least 31 March 1996 or holders of the Rail Staff Leisure Card.
The preparations for the issue of RST Online Leisure Cards for 2026-27 (which are valid from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027) have started. We will be posting them out in November. Once our supplier confirms the despatch date, we will update this news item.

Photographs
If your appearance has changed, or the appearance of one of your family members has changed, and you would like to upload a new photo, please submit it using the Photo Upload XX43 form. Photos must be received by 17 September 2026 to be included on cards issued in November.
Child Dependant Checks
If you have a Child Dependant, and their last declaration has expired, or they are now 18 years old, we have already contacted you to complete this declaration. You will have needed to provide this by 5 September to be included in the renewal. If you have been contacted and have yet to do this your child dependant will not be issued with a card in the renewal. Their card will arrive at a later date.
Address Checks
Week beginning 14 September you will receive an email from Rail Staff Travel to check that we still have the correct address for you. If you have moved from the address we hold, please submit the Change of Address XX15 form. If you move house and do not let us know, we will charge a replacement fee to issue your card to a new address.
If you are moving between now and November but don’t know the date, please contact us so we can put a temporary hold on your account to prevent cards being issued to an address you might not have access to. You can then let us know when you have your new address and we will post your cards out.
Cards no longer required
If you do not want your RST Online Leisure Cards/s to be renewed, then please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by 25 September 2026 to prevent a new one being issued. You will then be unable to join again for twelve months from the 1st December 2026.

You will then be unable to join again for twelve months from the date we confirm you have opted out.
