Guide for Widows and Widowers

We have produced a guide aimed at those who are recently widowed and who have been in receipt of a Staff Travel Card as a spouse or cohabiting partner. It provides basic information on continued provision of staff travel facilities.

The aim is to assist those who have previously relied on an employee to deal with and understand the Staff Travel facilities they are eligible for.

Please note that this guide does not cover the arrangement for those retired employees and family who are in receipt of TOC specific facilities only, as the regulations which manage the provision of these facilities are dealt with by individual Train Operating Companies.
